Integration with Pabbly

In this tutorial we will show the first steps on how to link JivoChat to any other app available in Pabbly.

First, you will need to login to your Pabbly dashboard

You will need to go and create a workflow as shown in the image below:

In the pop up window just type the name of the workflow so you can identify it later, click on "Create":

Now you will be shown a menu to find the app you would like to link first, just type "JivoChat" and when the icon is shown, just click on it to select it:

When you click on "configure webhooks" the webhook URL will be displayed. You will need to copy this link so you can paste it in the JivoChat app.

Login into your JivoChat app, desktop or web version. Go to manage→ channels→ settings form the channel you would like to link→ Integration settings for developers.

In here you can activate the option "Enable webhooks" and paste the URL as marked bellow:

Now you just need to connect the second app. The settings or how you connect it, will depend on Pabbly and the other system you would like to connect. Each one is unique and offer different possibilities to connect, via Tokens, authentication, etc.

Just select the one you need and follow the steps.
